Pink Lemonade Project
This was my first website focused animation for Au Vodka. With the release of their strawberry burst flavour, there was a lot of mystery and hacker themed promotional stuff being pushed to tease the new flavour.
Similar to the rotating can animations I did as part of the cocktail can project, this animation was very much the same as far as composition. However, there was a very obvious difference with the subject needing to be more organic. I loved creating the realistic stickers effect in this project too, as I think it really made their sticker assets shine.
Ultimately they went with the animation on the right, however, we did play around with an idea of adding water simulation to the scene (left).

Initial teaser animation for this project. The idea was for the new flavour to be blurred by pool water, which would tell people that there’s something new coming soon, but also not give away the name of the flavour on the can.
Another concept discussed was a lemon tree animation where the tree would shake, but instead of lemons falling, there would be the new pink lemonade cans falling. This is a very rough outcome and wasn't used in the end, however, i think this idea has potential to be used again in the future.
